Random Quickies: Hipster Hitler
So how long does it take before jokes about Hitler being a hipster get old and tired? You’d think after one strip, right? And yet somehow Hipster Hitler hasn’t jumped the shark. This may be some sort of accomplishment for something that already did a gag where Hitler wears an “I Love Juice” shirt. Maybe seeing Hitler wearing skinny jeans and ironic tees has more staying power than previously assumed. Or maybe there aren’t enough webcomics out there actively engaging in quality hipster bashing.

Ah yes, dear old Adolf, always good for a few laughs.
This strip seems on a much better start than a previous attempt to enlist Der Fuehrer as a comic hero, though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWjCkcAmzDc
I’ve just scrolled down the front page at random, and nearly every post has an aside bashing hipsters.
Is… is this a problem? Did hipsters kill your parents? You can tell me.
I was wondering when someone would call me out on that! I’d been waiting all week to see if there would be any backlash, and it never happened. Things would have become a lot more interesting if I’d ever gotten around to finishing that Questionable Content review.
what did you expect hitler hipster jokes cannot be old and tired
yet the archive only has like 12 comics.
who cares about hipster
Asides besides americans and hipsters themselves,
Anyway you should wait to post that questionable content
review since now its seems to have a major plot point and
something that lacked for a long time DRAMA,
(and probably be cautious of the flamewar that youre going to
unleash , since everybody seems to love or hate QC (no middle
ground)
mm. perhaps hipsters can be considered protobohemians. 🙂
Thanks for the warning. Still, it’s not like a potential flamewar has ever stopped me from writing a review. 🙂
